The right to use any product or service offered by Company is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Company reserves the right to make changes to the Company sites, policies, and these Terms at any time without notice.

1. Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability
Company neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement on the Company sites, nor for any offensive, defamatory or obscene posting made by. Under no circumstances will Company be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained through the content on the Company sites. 2. Temporary Price Reduction.
For your convenience and benefit, Company may temporarily reduce the price of your order for promotional purposes, or to ensure that your purchase order transaction is capable of being processed by your credit card company or processor. If Company reduces the price of the Product as described herein, you will be billed at the reduced price until the promotional period ends or Company is assured of payment by your credit card company or its processor, after which time the Product price will be restored to its usual price, without prior notice to you. If your order is processed at the reduced price a new billing cycle will begin from the date of the new payment processing.

3. Recurring Orders
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING SECTION CAREFULLY. THE FOLLOWING SECTION DISCUSSES A NEGATIVE BILLING OPTION INVOLVING THE PRODUCT(S) YOU ORDER FROM THE COMPANY. AS DISCUSSED IN GREATER DETAIL BELOW, YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU, AND PAYMENT FOR FUTURE SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCT, UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US TO STOP SUPPLYING THE PRODUCT TO YOU.
Do nothing from your initial order and on day 30 and every 30 days thereafter your credit card on file will be charged the low initial 1 month supply of $59.00 USD and you will also receive FREE shipping for orders to USA or Canada for your first order followed by $9.95 shipping fee for subsequent orders. All international orders will be billed $14.95 shipping. For your convenience, we will bill the credit card you provided us for your initial order. Remember, you can cancel at any time by contacting Naturaful by writing to us at support@naturaful.com. Today's charges and future charges will appear on your credit card as "DFLK Inc"

4. Shipping.
Your order will be processed within 2 business days of ordering. Shipping time is estimated to be three to five (3-5) calendar days within USA and approx 7 business days for Canada (excluding Customs delays). For international orders, shipments may take 14-30 business days from day of shipment (excluding Customs delays).
FREE shipping is available for a limited time for US and Canadian residents via USPS First Class on the first order only.
For international orders a $14.95 shipping fee will be applied and sent USPS First Class International.
If you have not received your order within 21 days from your purchase date, please email or contact us to request a reshipment of your order.

5. Sales and Distribution.
Distributor will not sell any product on eBay, Amazon, any of their affiliate's websites or any other auction website or online marketplace. Prices do not include and are net of any foreign or domestic governmental taxes or charges of any kind that may be applicable to the sale, licensing, marketing or distribution of the products. Distributor understands and acknowledges that all sales are final and that they are not entitled to return any product for a refund will not be responsible for any delays or lack of delivery due to customs clearance issues.

6. Cancellation Policy.
You may cancel at any time for any future orders. Cancellations must be done in writing to support@naturaful.com. Written requests must require full order number, name and shipping address associated with the order. Orders that have already been placed may not be cancelled.
ALL Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable once orders have been sent out.

7. 60 day Return Policy (SATISFACTION GUARANTEE)
We take great pride in the superior quality of our products and want you to be pleased with your purchase. We believe in offering the very best value, quality and selection to our customers. If you are unsatisfied with Naturaful for any reason, simply request a refund on your order by contacting our Customer Care department by emailing us at support@naturaful.com. Requests must include explanation of why you wish to return the product(s).You may return any unopened items purchased from us within 60 days of initial purchase. For any refunds requested after the 60 day mark of ordering, no refund will be issued. Upon contacting Company and requesting for refund on your order, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number. After canceling your order, you may return jar(s) of Naturaful, You must write the RMA number on the return packaging in order to avoid being billed for the product regardless of whether you timely canceled your order. Company will not refund or credit any shipping and handling charges for any Product that was shipped to you.
For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the returned jar(s) by latest 10 days past the 60 day mark in order for the refund to be deemed acceptable. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Once your return has been received, a refund on your initial card or check will be issued within 30 days from receipt of returned jar(s) and an e-mail confirmation will be sent.

Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal. You may return any item shipped by Company, keeping the following in mind:

  • You should return the item to us within 60 days of your purchase date.
  • There is a $10.00 handling fee for each jar returned.
  • We do not accept items back that have been opened or used. Opened Items are Non Refundable.
  • Shipping and Handling Fees are Non Refundable.
  • All initial sales (first orders) are non refundable. All initial sales are final and only orders after the initial sale are refundable.

1. We cannot process or exchange Product marked "Return to Sender."
2. To ensure that your account is correctly noted, you must send back Product returns to the address provided below along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

Such notices or communications (where properly addressed) shall be considered received on the earliest of (i) the email being acknowledged by the recipient as received; (ii) receipt by the sender of an automated message indicating successful delivery or the email having been opened; or (iii) the expiry of forty-eight (48) hours after transmission, provided that the sender has not received notification of unsuccessful transmission.

14. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your access to or use of this Website and/or your subscription to the Product should we believe that you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement or if we believe you have sought, in bad faith, charge backs, credit backs, Product returns, discounts or any other conduct designed to injure, harass or disrupt this Website or the Company's business operations.

In some instances, billing for your product, or shipping fee may originate from outside of the United Sates and in some occasions, your financial institution may charge a fee for processing this payment. You are responsible for these processing fees assessed by your financial institution per your card holder agreement.
